Charlotte Tilbury is easily one of my favourite make up brands. I love the quality and versatility of the products. It’s so easy to switch a look from natural day, to after work glam, without constantly needing to reapply.
If you follow me on Instagram, you might have also noticed that ‘Eyes to Mesmerise’ is one of my go to’s when creating a flawless bridal look, but I also love using them for a quick sweep over lids to create high pigment shimmer…especially on holiday skin (‘Bette’ looks gorge with a tan)!
When Charlotte launched the new Collagen Lip Bath, promising to create ‘plumper-looking’ lips, whilst putting some moisture back in, I got it in my bag – pronto.
So what makes the Lip Bath so good? Well CharlotteTilbury.com says:
- Lip plumping mustard sprout extract helps to hydrate and enhance lip volume, defining the contours of your lips and creating a fuller, firmer-looking appearance.
- Marine Collagen moisturises and creates a plumping effect by hydrating your lips and giving the appearance of smoothing out lines.
- Coconut Oil nourishes and softens your lips.
- Pearlescent Pigments create a milky pink sheen that reflects the light to make lips look fuller and wider.
- Peppermint extract gives your lips a cool, fresh feeling
But did it live up to expectations? Keep scrolling to find out my thoughts…
I have NEVER in my life used hair extensions, but not because I haven’t wanted to – as believe me, I’ve lusted after long, thick locks – but because I thought they’d be dead tricky to use. How would I know which colour to get? Would they look obviously fake?
The A-Listers were out in force at last night’s Met Gala, where the theme was Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination. Held at New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art, the stars took their turns in revealing their imaginative takes on this years theme.
The winners of the night for me, have to be Jennifer Lopez and Gigi Hadid.
